KPIs: Deliver a year-end brand growth report for the organization to use as a template for future titleholders. Increase overall Miss Alabama brand visibility by 1.5M–3M impressions. Grow Miss Alabama’s social platforms through: consistent daily posting, behind the scenes moments, short-form video content, interactive stories and audience engagement, behind-the-scenes content, and mission-driven storytelling. KPIs: Increase total annual reach and impressions by 50%. Highlight local titleholders, scholarship recipients, and community partners. Increase daily interaction with followers to build stronger community, accessibility, and brand loyalty. KPIs: Host one live video session each month. Respond to 100% of social media comments and messages within 48 hours. Continue releasing weekly episodes of the Heart of Hope Podcast, highlighting: Miss America Opportunity titleholders, community service initiatives, scholarship impact stories, and recaps of my weeks as Miss Alabama. KPIs: Publish 35 episodes during the year of service. Reach 10,000 total annual downloads. Secure statewide and national media interviews through existing relationships with: The Wall Street Journal, FOX News, The Huffington Post, AL.com, and additional Alabama-based television, radio, and print outlets. Utilize my developed digital press kit to pitch to news outlets. KPIs: Secure 20–30 Alabama-based media placements. Secure 3–5 national media features/interviews. Interact with local affiliates while on 67-county tour. Build a press contact database for future titleholders. Develop mission-aligned monetized content campaigns, with all proceeds directly supporting Miss Alabama scholarships such as: Podcast sponsorships where ad revenue or sponsor fees fund scholarships and a campaign challenge weeks (67 counties = 67 donors).
