Crowned Miss Orlando's Outstanding Teen 2019

In January, I was honored to be crowned Miss Orlando's Outstanding Teen 2019!! I was lucky enough to have my whole family and a ton of sweet friends attend the pageant in my support. One of the highlights of the night was having my little brother, Blake, be my Sunshine Prince. The Sunshine Prince and Princess program is an opportunity for children ages 5-12 to be mentored by titleholders while learning about the importance of service. Blake had the best time and cannot wait to make his Miss Florida's Outstanding Teen debut! 

When I was crowned, I joined an amazing sisterhood full of women on the move, who are striving for excellence and continuing to positively impact their communities. I am in awe of everything that they have accomplished! 

I am also extremely excited to have such incredible sister queens this year. So much love for you Megan, Lindsay, and Jaiden! 

The main message that I hope to spread throughout my year of service is that with every obstacle you face, you can overcome it through having faith and knowing that in the end it will all be for the better! I want to use my story in order to inspire others to get out in their communities and volunteer for whichever cause they are most passionate about in order to make a difference.
